The easiest and most secure way to access your account is by using the Openbank app on a trusted mobile device. You’ll need to set up a trusted mobile device before you can perform any sensitive actions on your account. Here’s how to get started:
- Our Mobile Banking App is available for free on the App Store® or Google Play.
- Download the app on any smartphone or tablet with face or fingerprint recognition.
- Open our app, then follow directions to set up your trusted mobile device. It only takes a minute, and ensures that your face or fingerprint are the keys to accessing your account and performing any sensitive actions.
- Once you set up your trusted mobile device, sign in on the app with your User ID and password.
If you're using a different device – like a desktop, laptop, or mobile web browser – you can get to your account through online banking. (However, even if you’re using a different device, you’ll still need a trusted mobile device to verify your identity when performing any sensitive actions).
