I’ve lost the mobile phone or tablet I was using as my trusted mobile device. How can I remove it and set up a new one?
Please follow these directions to set up a new trusted mobile device:
- Download the Openbank app onto the new smartphone or tablet you’d like to become your new trusted mobile device
- Sign in to the app with your User ID and password
- When you’re prompted to answer the in-app verification on your trusted mobile device (which you no longer have), select Additional Options
- Choose Enroll a new trusted device
- Follow the steps to complete device enrollment
