How can I set up a new transfer recipient for my High Yield Savings account?

If you're setting up a transfer recipient for the first time, follow these steps: 

1. Sign in to the Openbank app on your  trusted mobile device. If you’re using online banking, you’ll need your trusted mobile device to verify your identity. 
2. Select the red button labeled Move money out and then follow the prompts to Add a new recipient. 
3. Enter your recipient's account type (e.g. checking or money market), routing number, and account number. 
4. Enter your recipient’s name and an optional nickname. 
5. Confirm that you’ve entered the correct information. 

 

If you already have transfer recipients connected to your account, follow these steps: 

1. Sign in to the Openbank app on your  trusted mobile device. If you’re using online banking, you’ll need your trusted mobile device to verify your identity. 
2. Select the red button labeled Move money out. Then, under Manage and Activity, select  Manage my recipients. 
3. Select Add new recipient. 
4. Enter your recipient's account type (e.g. checking or money market), routing number, and account number. 
5. Enter your recipient’s name and an optional nickname. 
6. Confirm that you’ve entered the correct information.
