Can I change my mobile phone number if I’ve lost my trusted mobile device?

Yes. You’ll need to follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Openbank app on another device with your User ID and password
  2. When you’re prompted to answer the in-app verification on your trusted mobile device (which you no longer have), select Additional Options
  3. Choose Set up a new trusted device
  4. When you’re prompted to answer the one-time password message which will be sent to your old trusted mobile device, select Additional Options
  5. Select the option, I don’t have access to my phone number
  6. Once you validate this request, enter the new mobile phone number and follow the requested steps to verify your access to this number and authenticate the change
