Can I change my mobile phone number if I’ve lost my trusted mobile device?
Yes. You’ll need to follow these steps:
- Sign in to the Openbank app on another device with your User ID and password
- When you’re prompted to answer the in-app verification on your trusted mobile device (which you no longer have), select Additional Options
- Choose Set up a new trusted device
- When you’re prompted to answer the one-time password message which will be sent to your old trusted mobile device, select Additional Options
- Select the option, I don’t have access to my phone number
- Once you validate this request, enter the new mobile phone number and follow the requested steps to verify your access to this number and authenticate the change
