Can I use my sign-in credentials at Openbank to sign in at Santander Bank (and vice-versa)?

While Openbank is a division of Santander Bank, N.A., it operates on a different platform and has a completely separate mobile app and online banking website (openbank.us). As a result, you’ll need to set up independent sign-in credentials for each bank.

The only information shared across the two banks is basic personal information – so that if either Openbank or Santander Bank needs to get in touch with you, they’ll use the most updated phone number, email address, or mailing address on your shared customer profile.

Please note: Openbank and Santander Bank will never ask you for passwords, PIN numbers, or to access your personal device.
